Vision Therapy at Home, Primitive Reflex Training, Visual Development for Preschoolers, and other programs offered by Visual Dynamix, Inc. were developed by Dr. Lori Mowbray  of the Minnesota Vision Therapy Center (MVTC) headquartered in Bloomington , Minnesota.

Founded in 1995 by Dr. Mowbray, a Board Certified Developmental Optometrist and a Fellow of the College  of Optometrists  in Vision Development, MVTC specializes in working with children and adults whose functional visual problems keep them from achieving the success that they desire. 

MVTC is unsurpassed in its ability to help these individuals overcome ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning-related diagnoses so that they are able to read and perform other academic tasks normally without compensations. 

Many of these children and adults are also able to discontinue medications prescribed for learning and attention problems.
